Focus sessions

Use the Pomodoro timer to split study time into focus and break periods. You can link a session to a task, quiz, or study topic, or run an unlinked session. Logged focus time appears in the app's study summaries.

Start a session

Open the focus timer, choose what you are working on if you want to link the session, and start the timer. You can pause, resume, or finish it in the app.

Automatic pauses

When a scheduled class or quiz is about to start, an active focus session pauses automatically. You can resume it when you are ready.

Focus sessions work offline. Your sessions stay on the device in guest mode and sync with your account when you are signed in and online. The timer does not currently provide a home-screen widget or a persistent lock-screen activity.
