Student Planner

The Student Planner Dashboard, showing today's classes, GPA, and analytics

Student Planner is a free, installable, offline-first app for tracking your classes, homework, tests, and study progress in one place — built as a Progressive Web App (PWA), so it installs like a native app on phone, tablet, or desktop but runs from the browser with no app store required.

What it does

  • Schedule — a weekly timetable, including classes that only run on alternating weeks.
  • Homework & Tasks — due dates, reminders, and a during-class/custom time picker.
  • Study Topics — track revision progress per subject, linked to upcoming tests.
  • Quiz & Tests (including Final Exams) — scores, seat numbers, and pomodoro focus sessions logged against them.
  • Subjects & Academics — programmes, semesters, grading scales, and automatic GPA/CGPA calculation.
  • Calendar — a month view combining your classes, deadlines, and holidays/events in one place.
  • Notifications — push reminders for upcoming classes and deadlines, on the web app and natively on Android and desktop.
  • Dashboard analytics — GPA trend, a study streak, and focus-time charts.

See the full Features overview for details on every page.

Why it's different

  • Works offline. Every page reads and writes to a local database first — you can add a task on a plane with no signal and it'll sync the moment you're back online.
  • No account required. Try the whole app as a guest; your data stays on that device only. Sign in later (Google or email) to sync across devices, and everything you already entered as a guest comes with you.
  • Free, no ads. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for the specifics.

Install it like a real app

Most browsers offer an "Install" or "Add to Home Screen" option for Student Planner — see Installing as an app. On iPhone/iPad this is required, not just convenient, for push notifications to work at all.

Where to start

New to the app? Read Guest mode vs. an account, then walk through what the first-run setup asks you for. Already set up? Jump straight to the feature you're looking for in the nav above.
